NM State softball closed its home season with a high-scoring win over Delaware on Senior Day. The Aggies rallied early before holding off Delaware for a weekend series victory.

NM State suffered a shutout loss against Jacksonville State, dropping their overall record further below .500. Chris Daniels continued his hitting streak despite another tough day for Aggie hitters.

NM State’s track and field teams recorded three event wins at Albuquerque’s Don Kirby Twilight meet as they prepare for conference championships. Several athletes achieved personal bests or multiple top-five finishes during one of their final competitions before postseason events.

NM State lost narrowly to Sam Houston with a final score of 8-7 after attempting a comeback late in Thursday’s game. Jonatan Clough led offensively with a three-run homer while several other players contributed RBIs.

NM State softball began its series against Middle Tennessee with a decisive 4–0 shutout win. Strong early offense and dominant pitching led by Faith Aragon secured victory for the Aggies. The team will continue its series on Saturday.

Sam Houston edged out New Mexico State University in a close baseball matchup on April 18. The Aggies lost their fifth one-run game of the season despite strong performances from several players.

NM State baseball lost 4-0 against Jacksonville State on April 25 after struggling offensively early in the game. Strong pitching performances limited both teams’ scoring chances as Jonatan Clough and Chris Daniels extended their hitting streaks.

New Mexico State University has signed forward Leopold Levillain for its men’s basketball program next season. Levillain joins after playing at Long Beach State and previously competing with Cholet Basket in France.
