Do you tarp your trash? Unsecured trash loads are a major source of scattered trash in our neighborhoods and streets. If you are caught transporting trash carelessly, you could face a $1,000 fine or 90 days in jail! You could also be charged a $25 unsecured trash load fee at the South Central Solid Waste Authority Collection Centers. Help us keep Doña Ana County clean and beautiful!

Please visit www.scswa.net for a list of County Collection Centers.
