Las Cruces firefighters responded to a structure fire on the 2300 block of Nevada Avenue Monday afternoon, June 1. The incident involved a greenhouse that was found burning just before 5:30 p.m.

Fire crews brought the blaze under control in approximately five minutes. No adjacent buildings were damaged, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
