Las Cruces Natatorium to close for Pecan Classic Swim Meet in late September

The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department will close the Las Cruces Natatorium from 11 a.m. on Friday, September 26, through 6 a.m. on Monday, September 29, to host the Pecan Classic Swim Meet.

During this period, the Regional Aquatic Center Activity Pool will remain open for public swimming. The department noted that traffic and parking near the natatorium may be impacted by the event.

“The Parks & Recreation department appreciates the community’s understanding and cooperation,” according to city officials.
