This initiative follows previous community investment efforts, including a voter-approved 0.325% Gross Receipts Tax increase in November 2024 aimed at funding critical projects in Las Cruces.
The MRA plan is part of ongoing efforts by the City of Las Cruces to involve residents in local development decisions and improve urban areas.
