National Disability Employment Awareness Month celebrates the contributions of America’s workers with disabilities and showcases supportive, inclusive employment policies and practices. Doña Ana County is committed to creating an inclusive community that increases access and opportunities to all! We pledge to take steps year-round to recruit, hire, retain and advance individuals with disabilities and work to pursue the goals of opportunity, full participation, economic self-sufficiency, and independent living.
