NMSU Board of Regents may attend nursing center opening and employee picnic

A possible quorum of the New Mexico State University (NMSU) Board of Regents may be present at two upcoming events on the Las Cruces campus. The regents could attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the NMSU School of Nursing Skills and Simulation Center, scheduled for 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, in the Health and Social Services Building. They may also be present at the Employee Appreciation Picnic from 11 a.m. to noon on Friday, Oct. 31, at Preciado Park.

The university has stated that no votes or official actions will take place during these gatherings. For more information, individuals are encouraged to contact the Office of the Board of Regents at 575-646-5997.
