Rep. John Block, a Republican member of the New Mexico State House representing the 51st district since 2023, posted a series of statements on his X (formerly Twitter) account on September 12, 2025, addressing acts of terrorism and their consequences.

In a post made at 18:11 UTC, Block wrote: “Televise his public execution for all to see and to make an example of these psychopathic, homicidal terrorists.”

Later that evening, Block published two additional posts with identical text but different links. At 20:14 UTC he stated: “FAFO”. Just seconds later, another post repeated: “FAFO”.

John Block was elected to the New Mexico State House in 2023, succeeding Rachel Black as representative for District 51. As a state legislator and public figure within the Republican Party, his social media activity is closely monitored by both constituents and political observers.
