Solar bids concentrated in southern New Mexico Luna County had the most bids in the state with 64, followed by Doña Ana County Government Center with 46, Valencia County Admin and Government with 36, Our Lea County with 32
and Eddy County with 27 bids. The projects, smaller in scale than regional utility facilities but larger than individual home solar installations, allow groups of power subscribers to tap into
