Motorists in Las Cruces will continue to encounter a right lane closure on South Telshor Boulevard between Majestic Terrace Drive and East Lohman Avenue. The closure is expected to remain in place until November 11, 2025.
The ongoing work involves SA Connects installing underground infrastructure for Vexus Fiber under a utility permit. According to city officials, the construction will impact the shoulder of the road and affect RoadRUNNER Transit at bus stop 19 on route 2. The project is taking place in Council Districts 2 and 3.
Despite the construction, access for residents and businesses along the affected section of South Telshor Boulevard will be maintained.
