Alice Jauregui from Hurley has contributed a total of $300 to Democratic Party candidate Michael Renteria in 2020, according to New Mexico Campaign Finance Information System.

There have been $580 total contributions made to political candidates and committees by individuals and organizations in Hurley in 2020, 65.5% of which have gone to Democratic Party causes and candidates.

The candidate that received the most money in contributions was Democratic Party candidate Michael Renteria.

Donations made to political groups or candidates must be disclosed under state law for greater transparency in elections. While Congress created the Federal Election Commission to oversee federal elections in 1974, each state is left to regulate its local elections.
