Of the 1,213 people living in Fairacres in 2020, 51.1 percent (620) were women and 48.9 percent (593) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW New Mexico News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 18. In the 65 and over age range, there were 64 females and 80 males.
