La Clinica de Familia has announced it will host a sports physical clinic at Centennial High School on August 7. This event is open to all students of the Las Cruces Public Schools (LCPS) district.
Students needing a sports physical to participate in athletic activities can visit the clinic on Wednesday, August 7, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Centennial High School. All insurance and Medicaid will be accepted, with a $20 fee for those without insurance.
Parents are advised to bring the signed New Patient Registration Form and the NMAA Pre-Participation Evaluation Packet when attending the clinic. These forms can be accessed via the provided links:
