The Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce has announced the recruitment for the 2024/2025 Junior Leadership Las Cruces (JrLLC) program. This initiative targets high school juniors who are looking to advance their leadership skills.
Modeled after the adult-oriented Leadership Las Cruces program, JrLLC provides an immersive experience where participants explore the city's history, discover opportunities, and address real-world challenges. Participants will have the opportunity to tour the city, engage with leaders in various sectors including business, government, nonprofits, arts, education, healthcare, and the military. Additionally, they will network with peers from other local high schools and develop essential leadership skills.
