Las Cruces Public Schools (LCPS) has announced a two-hour delay for students on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. This decision comes in response to the cold weather advisory and aims to accommodate students who rely on bus transportation.

Despite the delay for students, there is no change in schedule for staff members. All building staff, including those at the central office, are expected to report to work as usual. Staff with young children have been advised to coordinate any necessary arrangements with their building-level supervisors.

Meals will still be provided during this adjusted schedule. Breakfast and lunch services will remain available to all students.

The school district expressed gratitude for the community's understanding and cooperation during this period of adverse weather conditions.
