The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Stella Yvette Herrell, YVETTE4CONGRESS, refunded $2,800 to Jan Duncan on March 10, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

YVETTE4CONGRESS has refunded $10,650 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
