Of the 1,368 people living in White Sands in 2020, 42.3 percent (579) were women and 57.7 percent (789) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW New Mexico News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 219. In the 65 and over age range, there were eight females and 17 males.
