Matters that historically have come before the commission include variance requests to land use requirements, special use permit designations, zone changes, subdivision reviews and approvals, appeals of staff decisions, reports to the Board of County Commissioners, and recommendations related to amendments or changes to the County’s comprehensive plan and Unified Development Code.
