On Tuesday, November 14, former Utica Academy of Science School standout, LaMarqus Merchant Jr.’s current college team, the Western New Mexico Mustangs, lost 43-78 in their NCAA D2 game against the New Mexico State Aggies.

The game took place in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This was the first matchup against the New Mexico State Aggies this season.

The Western New Mexico Mustangs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, November 17 at 5 p.m. in Durango, Colorado.
