The New Mexico State University Board of Regents is scheduled to meet for a closed session on Thursday, January 30. The meeting will take place at noon at La Posada de Santa Fe, located at 330 E. Palace Ave. in Santa Fe.
This executive session is being convened to discuss pending litigation matters as per the guidelines set out in NMSA Section 10-15-1 H(7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.
