"The County Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations for Doña Ana County, implementing policies established by the BOCC, and working with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery to county residents," stated Commission Chair Christopher Schaljo-Hernandez. "On behalf of the Board of County Commissioners, I express our sincere appreciation to Fernando Macias for his dedicated service to our county. At the same time, we are excited about the opportunity to welcome new leadership that will guide us into the future."
