Las Cruces Public Libraries will host a Flower Quilling Program on February 7 at the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library. The event is scheduled from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Craft Room on the first floor of the library, located at 200 E. Picacho Ave., accessible via Roadrunner Transit Route 1. The program welcomes participants aged 11 and older, and no prior experience is necessary.
