The Branigan Cultural Center is set to host the annual All-City High Schools Senior Art Show, with an opening reception planned from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2025. An awards ceremony will commence at 5:30 p.m.
This year's exhibition features senior art students from five Las Cruces high schools and will be available for viewing from March 7 through April 19, 2025. Over 70 senior students from Mayfield, Las Cruces, Organ Mountain, Centennial, and Alma d’Arte High Schools will showcase a diverse array of two-dimensional and three-dimensional artworks. These include ceramics, mixed media, paintings, drawings, and digital art. The collection reflects the artistic growth of the students throughout their high school years and highlights their creativity as emerging artists.
Three judges will jury the artwork to determine winners in three categories. One piece will be awarded Best of Show. Prizes are supported by the Foundation for Las Cruces Museums and the Potters Guild of Las Cruces.
The Branigan Cultural Center is located at 501 N. Main St., open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no admission fee required.
