City of Las Cruces issued the following announcement on Nov. 3.
Over the past months, the East Lohman planning team conducted existing conditions research and stakeholder interviews to understand the East Lohman project area as part of the initial phases of the East Lohman Plan. At 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 9, the planning team will have a work session with Las Cruces City Council via Zoom to present the Existing Conditions Memo and go over the findings, including the key issues, opportunities, connectivity, potential range of uses, and real estate analysis. The purpose of this meeting is to get City Council and the community's input prior to scenario development.
