Sierra County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on April 6.
On February 23rd 2022 Sierra County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in execution of a Federal Court search warrant at 707 Tingley St in Truth or Consequences. As a result of the search warrant Robert Lee Cato 44 years old, was taken into custody by the FBI on charges of child pornography.
