The Doña Ana County Health & Human Services (HHS) Department recently hosted an “End of Summer Celebration” at the Rincon Community Resource Center. Neighborhood kids had fun with water balloons, arts and crafts, and board games. The HHS staff got in on the fun too and we would sincerely like to thank our local partners for sponsoring these summer events:
