Las Cruces Public Schools (LCPS) is inviting families to provide feedback on three proposed calendar options for the 2025-2026 school year. The district has indicated that drafts for the subsequent school years, 2026-27 and 2027-28, will be based on similar structures to these proposals, labeled as Options A, B, and C.
LCPS is urging all families to participate in a survey available in both English and Spanish. Participants can access the survey by scanning a QR code, visiting the LCPS website, or using a direct link provided by the district.
The deadline for submitting responses is Sunday, February 9. The collected feedback will be presented to the LCPS Board of Education for final approval.
"Your input is valuable in helping shape the school calendar for the upcoming years," said an LCPS representative. Families are encouraged to take a few moments to share their thoughts on this matter.
