In January 2018, the Doña Ana Board of County Commissioners hired Fernando R. Macias as County Manager for a second tenure in this position. Mr. Macias’ robust experience in the judicial system, in politics and corporate America gives him a unique set of skills to help him manage the organizational, operational, management, budget and administrative operations as well as provide oversight for all department heads in the County.
As a former County Manager, County Commissioner and Chair of the Commission, his leadership and ideas come from a position of experience and concern for what is best for the residents of Doña Ana County.
Please help us congratulate Fernando R. Macias on his five-year anniversary with the County this time around, and his many years of continuous dedication to public service!
