Popular regional DJ Johnny Kage will headline the third annual ¡mira! Las Cruces festival, set for April 26, 2025. The event will celebrate the culture, cuisine, art, outdoor recreation, and music of Las Cruces and its surrounding areas.

Johnny Kage hails from El Paso, Texas and has strong family ties to Las Cruces. He is a prominent figure in the radio industry with over 25 years of experience. Known for hosting "Morning Mash" on 104.3 HIT FM, which broadcasts in El Paso, Las Cruces, and Juarez, Mexico, he also DJs on SiriusXM's "Pitbull’s Globalization" and is one of Pitbull's touring DJs. During the festival, he will perform music popular in the region.

Visit Las Cruces Executive Director Rochelle Miller commented on the event: “We are excited to showcase the multiple genres of music that capture the spirit of Las Cruces and the region at this year’s ¡mira! event,” adding that “DJ Johnny Kage is the perfect performer to pull it off."

A new addition to ¡mira! will be a drone show over downtown Las Cruces. Returning features include Lucha Libre with live performances. Other attractions include ballet folklorico, mariachis, dance performances by grupo norteño bands, and dance lessons at Plaza de Las Cruces.

The city plans to close Main Street on Friday evening prior to the festival for setup purposes. Meanwhile, many vendors from the local Farmer’s Market will join an expanded market experience during ¡mira!.

Vendors interested in participating must offer local or regional products or services. Applications are due by April 11.

Further information about vendor applications and event updates can be found at VisitLasCruces.com/Mira.
