Charles T. Tucker Jr., the Inspector General for the city, is set to speak at the Las Cruces Police Department's Bridging the Badge livestream event on March 18. As Inspector General, Tucker focuses on investigating complaints related to fraud, waste, and misuse of city resources. His authority extends to matters involving elected or appointed officials, city employees, municipal agencies, contractors, and other entities conducting business with or receiving funds from the city.
The Bridging the Badge event will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday and will be accessible via the Las Cruces Police Department’s Facebook page as well as the City of Las Cruces’ YouTube channel.
