Doña Ana County employees from various departments were in neighborhoods around Salem today educating residents about healthcare resources, codes enforcement, and zoning issues. The "Community Knock and Talk" program is the first part of Operation Community Sweep - an intensive cleanup effort to enforce county environmental, animal control and building ordinances, one community at a time.
We will return to Salem on Saturday, Nov. 19 with roll-off containers to help dispose of trash. For questions regarding community clean-up efforts around Doña Ana County, please call 575-525-6106.
