The New Mexico State University Foundation will sponsor the annual NMSU Homecoming weekend, including the Homecoming football game at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9 at Aggie Memorial Stadium. The Aggies will face the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers for the second time in Conference USA history.
In 2023, the Aggies achieved a 10-3 regular season record and secured a spot in the New Mexico Bowl. The team played in the CUSA Championship game after defeating Western Kentucky 38-29. The 2024 season marks Tony Sanchez's first season as head coach.
Homecoming weekend will feature traditional activities such as the NMSU Distinguished Alumni Awards on Friday, Nov. 8, a Saturday morning Homecoming parade, pregame tailgate parties, halftime entertainment, and a postgame firework show sponsored by the NMSU Foundation.

“We are so excited to once again sponsor Homecoming weekend at New Mexico State,” said Sylvia Acosta, CEO of the NMSU Foundation. “Homecoming is the perfect time to reconnect with fellow Aggies, celebrate the accomplishments of our amazing alumni, and revisit the place that changed our lives.”
Additional activities and college gatherings will be posted on the NMSU Alumni and Friends website at nmsualumni.org.
