A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University (NMSU) Board of Regents may take place as regents plan to attend a tour of Sandia National Laboratories on Monday, November 4. They are also expected to participate in several homecoming events scheduled between Friday, November 8, and Saturday, November 9. The board clarified that no votes or other official actions will be taken during these gatherings.
