The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department is set to open registration for additional community garden plots on March 4, 2025. These plots are located at Jardín de Las Esperanza, 341 E. Picacho Ave., and Tony Gomez Park, 2250 S. Espina St.
Registration will be available from Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and on Fridays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the office located at 1501 E. Hadley Ave., Suite A.
Each plot costs $15 for the growing season, which spans from February through December. Payment options include cash, credit cards, and checks. Registrants are required to present a form of identification when reserving a plot.
