Online registration for the 2025-2026 school year is now available for both new and current students of Las Cruces Public Schools. The registration process began on Tuesday, March 4. Parents are encouraged to complete it promptly to secure their child's enrollment for the upcoming academic year.

Parents and guardians of returning students must complete the online registration annually. This allows them to verify and update student information, fill out the electronic medical card, request transportation, and submit permission forms for the new school year.

If critical information has changed, certain documents are required: custody documents, proof of address (such as a utility bill or mortgage statement), and possibly additional documentation based on individual circumstances.

All parents with currently enrolled students already have a ParentVUE account and do not need to create a new one. For help with usernames or passwords, they can contact their child’s school office or email ioteam@lcps.net or call (575) 525-7121.

Parents of students new to LCPS must use ParentVUE for initial enrollment. Required documents include the child’s birth certificate (or equivalent), parent/guardian identification, proof of residence, and current immunization records.

To begin registration, visit www.lcps.net, click on Registration, and select the appropriate option under ParentVUE Access. For more information or assistance with registration, parents should contact their child’s school or email ioteam@lcps.net.
