The National Weather Service of El Paso is set to present its annual monsoon forecast on April 12. The event will take place at Thomas Branigan Memorial Library in the Roadrunner Room at 10:30 a.m.
During this year's presentation, in addition to the monsoon forecast, the National Weather Service will address fire weather. The library is located at 200 E. Picacho Ave., and is accessible via Roadrunner Transit Route 1.
