LEGAL NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 1290: TO ADOPT AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE TOWN TO CONTINUE THE EXISTENCE AND OPERATION OF ITS “LOCAL LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS BOARD”, AND FURTHER, AMENDING CHAPTER 38, ARTICLE II (COLLECTIVE BARGAINING), SECTIONS 38-22 THROUGH 38-35 OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by vote of the Council of the Town of Silver City, Grant County, New Mexico, 12th day of May, 2020.
