Please join the community in Las Cruces, New Mexico, for the groundbreaking ceremony of Peachtree Canyon Apartments. This 144-unit affordable housing development is scheduled to break ground on October 10, 2024, at 10:00 AM. The event will take place at the corner of Peachtree Hills and Jornada Road.
The project is a collaboration between several organizations including the New Mexico Housing & Community Development Corporation, Thomas Development Group, the City of Las Cruces, Housing New Mexico/MFA, and Doña Ana County. "Together, we are building a brighter future and addressing the affordable housing needs of our community," stated representatives involved in this initiative.
This ceremony marks an important step in addressing affordable housing issues within the community. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about this development and other projects currently underway by the City.
