The Las Cruces Air and Space Expo will take place on October 19 and 20 at the Las Cruces International Airport. This annual event combines airshow performances, air racing, and STEM and space exhibits.
Visitors can enjoy aerobatic displays, Sport Class Air Racing, airplane and helicopter showcases, spacecraft exhibits, and STEM activities aimed at young attendees. Kirby Chambliss, a Red Bull Air Race World Champion, is among the aviators scheduled to perform.
A Kid Zone with games and activities for children will be available. Food trucks offering local cuisine will be present along with live music and community partner exhibits.
Tickets are recommended to be purchased in advance. General admission tickets are free if ordered ahead of time but will cost $5 at the gate. Additional ticket options such as Premium Seating, Family Fun Packs, VIP Experience Packages, and parking passes can also be purchased beforehand.
