Mayor Eric Enriquez will participate as a guest speaker in the upcoming Bridging the Badge livestream organized by the Las Cruces Police Department. The event is scheduled for October 29, 2024.
Enriquez, who has recently taken on the role of mayor, previously held positions as an Assistant City Manager and Chief of the Las Cruces Fire Department. During the livestream, he will address questions from the public and share his vision for enhancing safety in Las Cruces.
Community members are encouraged to submit their questions for Mayor Enriquez via comments on LCPD’s Facebook page. The livestream will commence at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday and can be viewed on both the Las Cruces Police Department’s Facebook page and the City of Las Cruces’ YouTube channel.
The Bridging the Badge initiative aims to foster understanding and dialogue on significant issues affecting Las Cruces residents. These monthly programs typically last about one hour and take place on the last Tuesday of each month.
