Las Cruces Public Schools (LCPS) has opened registration for new and returning students for the 2025-2026 academic year. The process has been made available online through the ParentVue platform, which aims to ease the registration procedure for families.

Current or returning LCPS students' parents can utilize their existing ParentVue accounts to confirm or update details, such as electronic medical cards, transport requests, and permission forms for the upcoming year. In cases of updated information, relevant documents like custody papers and proof of address—including utility bills, mortgage documents, or lease agreements—are required.

Parents with existing LCPS students already have ParentVue accounts. Any issues with login credentials can be addressed by contacting the respective school office or emailing ioteam@lcps.net, or calling 575-525-7121.

New families to LCPS are also expected to register online through ParentVue. Required documents for new students' enrollment encompass a birth certificate, parent or guardian identification, proof of residence, and current immunization records.

Newcomers to ParentVue can visit www.lcps.net, click on the ‘Registration’ tab, and select the option that corresponds to their situation under ‘ParentVue Access’. The online enrollment procedure is self-explanatory, with available video tutorials and other resources to aid users without email accounts.

LCPS provides assistance for families unfamiliar with local school zones or needing access to previous school records. Those lacking computer or internet access can register using school-provided computers. Parents can find additional registration forms online.
